Pashupatinath : Situated five kilometers east of Kathmandu on the bank of sacred Bagmati river, the temple of lord Shiva Pashupatinath with two tiered golden roof and silver doors is famous for its super architecture. It is a centre of annual pilgrimage on the day of Maha Shivratri. Entrance to the temple precinct is permitted to the Hindus only however, visitors can clearly see the temple and activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river.

Boudhanath (also called Boudha, Bouddhanath or Baudhanath or the Khāsa Caitya) is one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is known as Khāsti in Nepal Bhasa, Jyarung Khasyor in Tamang language or as Bauddha by speakers of Nepali. Located about 11 km (6.8 mi) from the center and northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu, the stupa’s massive mandala makes it one of the largest spherical stupas in Nepal.

The Buddhist stupa of Boudhanath dominates the skyline. The ancient Stupa is one of the largest in the world. The influx of large populations of refugees from Tibet has seen the construction of over 50 Tibetan Gompas (Monasteries) around Boudhanath. As of 1979, Boudhanath is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Afternoon visit Bhaktapur also Bhadgaon or Khwopa, is an ancient Newar town in the east corner of the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal. It is located in Bhaktapur District in the Bagmati Zone. It is the third largest city in Kathmandu valley and was once the capital of Nepal during the great Malla Kingdom until the second half of the 15th century. Bhaktapur is famous for special type of curd called “Ju Ju dhau”.It is experienced by the curd makers that the taste of curd prepared in this location cannot be found elsewhere all over Nepal.

Bhaktapur is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its rich culture, temples, and wood, metal and  stone artwork.

Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu durbar square, Swambhunath and Patan city

Kathmandu City: The temple of lord Shiva – Pashupatinath is a richly ornamented pagoda with two tiered golden roof and silver doors. Guheswari Temple: Its another historic and holy shrine dedicated to the goddess Guheswari, near Pashupatinath. Akash Bhairav Temple: Situated in the main market avenue, called Indra Chowk, it is a three storey temple. The image of lord Akash Bhairav is displayed on the occasion of Indra Jatra, the festival of Indra, The rain God.

Hanuman Dhoka (Durbar Square):

Built between the 12th and the 18th centuries, this complex of palaces, courtyards and temples is the historic seat of royalty. It used to be the seat of ancient Malla kings of Kathmandu. The durbar Square, protected as a UNESCO World heritage site, epitomizes the religious and cultural life of the people.

Other than a 17th – century stone inscription set into the wall of the palace with writings in 15 languages, interesting things to see here are: Taleju Temple (Built by King Mahendra Malla in 1549 A.D., Kal Bhairav, the god of Destruction Nautalle Darbar, Coronation Nasal Chowk, the Gaddi Baithak, the statue of king Pratap Malla, the big bell, big drum, the Jagannath Temple and three museums including the numis matic museum and the Tribhuvan Museum. Photography is prohibited inside the museums.

Swayambhunath (Samhengu): Listed as a world heritage site, this is one of the world’s most glorious Buddhist sites in Nepal. Its established is linked to the creation of the Kathmandu Valley out of a primordial lake. Three km west of Kathmandu this site is situated on a hillock about 77 m. above the valley. Painted on the four-sides of the spire bases are the all seeing eyes of Lord Gautam Buddha, the founder of Buddhism.

Afternoon, visit Patan: Durbar Square, Situated I the heart of the city, constitutes the focus of visiorts; attraction. The Square is full or ancient places, temples and shrines, noted for their exquaisite carvinge. The Patan Durbar Square consists of three main chowk an Keshar Narayan Chowk. The Sundari Chowk holds in its center a masterpiece of stone architecture, the Royal Bath called Tushahity. It was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument List in 1979.

Following breakfast Drive to Gorkha: Gorkha is the ancestral hometown of Nepal’s royal family. It is also the home of legendary Gurkha soldiers. Upon arrival, you will have a short rest at the resort and then transfer you to visit the Gorkha Palace, the main attraction in Gorkha. This complex was built in the 17th century and mainly includes a temple, palace and fort in Newar style. The view of the Himalaya range and the deep valley from top there is really breathtaking.

Following breakfast drive to Pokhara we will set off for the Pokhara journey. First we retread about 23 kilometers to join the Kathmandu-Pokhara highway, which bypasses several villages and roadside bazaars. These authentic local lives and the striking view of Himalayas on the way make the long drive ease and interesting. Once arrive in Pokhara, we will assist you to check in the hotel and after refreshment, the exciting boating trip to Fhewa Lake waits for you. Fhewa Lake is the second largest lake in Nepal and it is famous for its reflection of mountains and peaks on its surface.

This morning transfer to Sarangkot visit. Sarangkot is a mountain side village with a perfect panoramic view of Himalayas. Dhaulagiri range is on the far west, and the Annapurna range is also visible on a clear weather day. On the south direction, you can also overlook the Pokhara city and its lake. Then have some rest atop and transfer you back to Pokhara.

In the afternoon, the excursion includes Davis Falls, Gupteswar Cave and Seti Gorge etc.

Following breakfast drive to Tansen – Tansen, a small town sprawls over a ridge in western Nepal. The narrow and winding alleys in the town center were lined with many Newar houses and temples. The nearby Srinagar offers a panoramic view from high Himalayas.

Lumbini is a Buddhist pilgrimage site in Nepal and the birthplace of Lord Buddha. The road twists and turns to Lumbini make the whole driving very thrilling and exciting. After arrival, rest a while in the hotel.Then visit the Lumbini Garden. Buddha lived Lumbini until his age of 29, so there are a number of temples including the Queen Mayadevi Temple and Ashokan pillar.

Following breakfast, drive to the Chitwan National Park. Covering an area of 932 square kilometers, this park now stands as a successful atural conservation in Asia. It is a great habitat for rhinoceros, Bengal Tiger and many other endangered species of mammals, birds and aquatic lives. Have a short rest and then stroll along the village of Tharu to see the aboriginal people’s daily life, which was kept intact over the century.

This morning, take a dog out canoe in Rapti River. Seating on the canoe flowing down the serene river, you will watch the aquatic birds, if luckily, you will meet one of the endangered species of crocodiles – Gharial. This short boat trip lasts for about 30 minutes. Later arrive at the Elephant Breeding Camp, where many elephants were breed and trained. You can also play with the baby elephants.

Option: If you are an adventurous seeker, we suggest you take the jungle walk tour after the canoe trip. It may last 3 hours and is complete jungle walk trek on foot. The experienced guide will accompany you during the whole safaris. After that, return to the hotel in the afternoon.

After lunch, continue your safari on elephant top. The wide range of flora and fauna types makes a great experience in your journey. Great One Horned Rhinoceros, Sambar, Spotted deer and wild boars are commonly seen here.

After breakfast in the hotel, drive to Daman, a village at an altitude of 2,400 meters, which probably has the most grandeur view of Mount Everest on a clear weather day. Along the winding roads up to the village, a stretch of the Rhododendron flowers scattered over the hill in spring, just like the whole forest is in fire. Tonight stay at bungalow.

Afternoon visit Nagarkot, Nagarkot. It is situated 32 km. East of Kathmandu at an altitude of (2175mtr) above sea level. The panorama of the major peaks of eastern Nepal Himalays including the top of the world sagarmatha (Mt. Everest 8848m.) can be seen from here. Himalayas including Manaslu (8463m(, Ganesh Himal (7111m), Choba Bhamre (6016m), Gaurishanker (7134m) are also clearly seen from Nagarkot. It is also famous for sun set also.
